Founded ASP after spending years watching AI projects fail due to structural problems. Strategy separated from execution, junior engineers learning on the client's dime, timelines that stretched from weeks to months.
Before ASP, Adam built an AI platform that generated six figures in revenue within six months using the methodology now called AI-Native Workflow Design.
Adam personally leads strategy engagements and ensures every project aligns with the founding principles of the company.

Oversees all technical delivery across global teams. Responsible for architecture decisions, code quality standards, and ensuring every system deployed meets production-grade requirements.
Leads the senior review process that ensures velocity and quality aren't in conflict — every piece of work passes through expert review before reaching the client.
AI Research Lead
Head of AI Research
Drives the continuous evaluation of new AI models, techniques, and architectures. Ensures ASP stays at the leading edge of what's possible, not implementing last year's best practice.
Responsible for the "Invent, don't implement" philosophy, finding novel approaches when standard solutions don't fit the client's specific constraints.
