Adam Vass
Founder & CEO
Adam founded ASP to prove that AI can be delivered the way it should have been all along: senior teams, in tight loops, against measurable business outcomes rather than billable hours. The thesis came from watching the alternative play out repeatedly: strategy decoupled from execution, junior engineers learning the stack on the client's budget, and timelines that quietly slipped from weeks into quarters.
The foundation of ASP's work is AI-Native Workflow Design, a methodology Adam developed while building and shipping his own AI platform which reached six figures in revenue within its first six months of launch. The approach treats AI not as a feature bolted onto existing processes, but as the organizing principle the workflow is designed around from the start. Every ASP engagement runs on it.
Adam personally leads strategy on every new ASP engagement. He sets the technical direction, holds the team to the principles the company was founded on, and stays close enough to the work to make sure what gets promised is what gets shipped.

Róbert brings close to five years of enterprise B2B sales leadership across some of Europe's most demanding sectors: industrial energy, utilities, freight forwarding, and digital infrastructure. He has carried quotas in three languages across four industries, closing complex deals with public utilities, retail multinationals, and major industrial buyers throughout the DACH and CEE regions.
Most recently at Siemens Energy, Róbert owned the Austrian transformer market end-to-end: leading public procurement tenders, contract negotiations, and project delivery for EVN, APG, Wiener Netze, and Siemens AG, with day-to-day business conducted in German. Before that, as Business Development Manager at Cargo-Partner, he optimized freight-forwarding and warehouse-logistics solutions for large-enterprise accounts.
As Regional Sales Manager at MVM Next, Hungary's largest energy retailer, he managed key accounts across natural gas and electricity markets: coordinating customer-specific tenders and building price-fixing and budget strategies alongside C-level executives and energy advisors. Earlier, at Packeta Hungary, he scaled the Z-Box parcel-locker network by 800 new units, securing partnerships with Tesco Global, OMV, MOL, COOP Hungary, Indotek Group, CBRE, Eston, and CPI.
